Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. I love the theme of the year’s harvest and being thankful. I also love all of the amazing, yummy food!! Tofurky, mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy, and pumpkin pie under a huge pile of whipped cream…so, so good! I only wish the leftovers had lasted longer! I looked through my untried for something that said “fall” to me, and decided that Color Club’s Nouveau Vintage fit the bill. This polish from Color Club’s Back to Boho collection is a brown, gold and burgundy shimmery metallic. It’s a very rich color. I used my Crayola stencils to add a cute accent using Color Club’s Voodoo You Do, Antiquated and Orly’s Rock-It. Overall I was pleased with how it came out, and I thought the colors I chose for the hearts brought out the different colors in Nouveau Vintage. I think this coming year I am going to work on getting better at nail art.
How was your Thanksgiving? Did you do a special manicure??
Application was very good. Two coats and a top coat shown (the top coat is over the nail stencil layer).
