Blue Collar is from BB Couture’s new Regular Guy collection. I believe this is their fourth men’s collection, which is really cool!
Blue Collar is a grayish-blue with frosty silver shimmer. While cadet blue can be a very masculine color, I quite like it on myself. It is kind of like borrowing your boyfriend or husband’s favorite shirt!
Application was good, but it did take me three coats to get complete coverage. Overall I really love this one, and think it works quite well on my skin tone. BB Couture is hands down one of my favorite polish brands. I picked-up a few others at the same time, and I can’t wait to try them out!
Three coats and a top coat shown.
I would describe my husband as being a sporty guy. He tends to shower multiple times a day, but no one would mistake him for a David Beckham type metrosexual. However recently he has discovered that by investing more energy in good grooming, he becomes even more handsome that he already was This is good news for both of us (if you read on, you will see that I mean this in more than one way)!
During the winter he tends to get very dry skin. This year his hands seemed to be especially dry and painful. He has been using Jack Black men’s shaving products since Christmas. Last time we were in Sephora he went straight to the men’s section and picked-up a tube of Jack Black’s Industrial Strength Hand Healer.
Wow, I don’t usually say this but this stuff is really a miracle product! It absorbs very quickly, and instantly made a serious difference in his super-dry skin! It really lasts too! He has tried a number of hand lotions before, only to find that they wear off very quickly. He raved so much, that I decided to give it a try too. There is a slight eucalyptus smell, but I did not find it to be overpowering or too masculine for me to use. Babe, you better watch out – I could see that hand healer ending-up with my stuff!
